Margaret Kilibwa, Ph.D. is a nutritionist with expertise in clinical nutrition, essentials nutrients for healthy aging, and superfoods for healthy longevity. She has over 15 years experience in writing and publishing nutrition related articles in peer review journals, conducting clinical trials in nutrition and health, and presenting professional and community educational outreach activities in nutrition and health. She has established collaboration with the regional NIH office of Women’s Health, N.J. Division of Women’s Health, Family Support Center of NJ and the national LINKS organization. She has also created nutrition and health networks with community programs in New Jersey, specifically with New Brunswick Board of Education and Mayor’s Wellness Program. Dr. Kilibwa received her Ph.D. from Cornell University and clinical nutrition training from Columbia University.
Dr. Kilibwa is writing a book on “The Most Nutritious Foods on Earth” with her agent, Krista Goering and Editor, Caroline Pincus.
